Juncker/Deschler one piece EK1

WW2 Iron cross 1st class screw back by C.E. Juncker/Deschler. one piece solid Tombak construction with silver finished frame. Unmarked cross which is always the case with these wide frame one piece EK1. There is still some discussion on the maker of these. The cross remains in nicely worn condition with the tombak peaking through on the swastika. The small back-plate is missing, but the original screw is still there and fully functional. The paint on the core has held up nicely but shows some flaking. In my opinion all glossy paint is hand applied and original. Very nicely factory vaulted. Not repaired and only a very small crack at the top of the screw hole due to past tightening. This does not effect the screw in anyway, but I feel obligated to mention this. Stunning early cross that is really nice in hand. Even without the back-plate a sought after cross.
