Spanish cross with swords in gold – L/52 C.F. Zimmermann, Pforzheim. Early war tombac Spanish cross with gilded finish. Rare L/52 marked Zimmermann example with unique soldered Zimmermann style eagle design. Remains in worn condition and has developed some light surface pitting due to bad storage. Retains a good part of the original finish on the front and back and shows patina through out. Some of the cross tips are lightly deformed.
Even in this condition one of the rarest tombac Spanish cross variants out there, premium piece.
