Small estate to Leutnant Helmut Vermeer Inf. Rgt. 11. Ek2 + Wb award document set and awards to a Leutnant who served on the eastern front with the 14th Infanterie divison. Both document remain in good condition and show normal wear and a horizontal vault line. The Ek2 document is singed by KC with Oak leaves holder Hermann Flörke.
The iron cross remains in good condition and shows some patina on the frame but retained the black core well. The late war unmarked wound badge is well worn but shows little to no rust on the worn areas.
Interesting set with a typical Dutch last name and German first name.
