Panzer assault badge in silver – ‘Vienna design – scooped flatback’

Panzer assault badge in silver – ‘Vienna design – scooped flatback’. Mid to late war zinc PAB with good quality silver/chrome like plated finish. Remains in near perfect condition on the front and shows no signs of wear, with only a grey spot on a couple chest feathers. The reverse shows some scratches or marks but retained its finish nicely.
Uncommon PAB in exceptional condition. The maker of this badge is still unknown but has been named ‘scooped Flatback’ due to its lightly scooped shape at the back.
