Luftwaffe radio operator air gunner badge – C.E. Juncker, Berlin. Early pre war ‘Fliegerschützenabzeichen’ with J1 design wreath and eagle. Features Juncker their earliest J1 style makers mark ‘CEJ’. Remains in well worn condition and shows a good light patina on the eagle and frame with some of the burnishing worn down. Has a crudely period repaired catch, but none the less a very rare and difficult to find variant. Top badge even with the period repair!
