Luftwaffe pilots badge – Assmann & Söhne, Lüdenscheid. Early tombac pilots badge with silver plated wreath with frosting on top and anodized eagle. Shows a beautiful wear pattern with nearly all finish still intact and good contrast with the slight patina on these worn parts. Very well detailed and esthetic looking eagle with Assmann makers mark on the back.
Sadly the catch has snapped at some point in time. Beautiful front, but damaged setup.
