Luftwaffe paratrooper badge – Assmann & Söhne, Lüdenscheid. Early war A2 tombac wreath with riveted gilded tombac eagle. Remains in unworn to lightly worn condition with all the original gilding still present. The wreath remains nicely darkened and shows no field wear. Only has a small spot on the wing from storage over the years. Stunning early example with the directly soldered question mark style catch.
