Luftwaffe observer badge – Paul Meybauer, Berlin. Mid to late war Paul Meybauer marked ‘Beobachterabzeichen’ variant with silver finish wreath and darkened eagle. Shows nearly perfect finish remaining on the sharp detailed wreath and a still good dark color on the eagle. Very uncommon to find a Paul Meybauer observer in zinc with so much finish remaining. Premium zinc badge in unworn condition!
