Luftwaffe combined Pilot-Observer badge case – GWL-FLL type. Early to mid war case for the GWL and FLL ‘Doppelabzeichen’, fits perfectly with their early tombac badges. Remains in good condition with a clean outside, gold lettering still perfectly preserved and small signs of usage. The inside retained the blue color nicely and only the fragile paper hinge is damaged, which is normally the case with these paper hinges. Extremely difficult to find separate case, far rarer than the badges that came with these.
