Knights cross holder portrait – Helmut Lent. Lent was awarded the KC on 30.08.1941, oak leaves 06.06.1942, swords on 02.08.1943 and finally the highest order with diamond on 31.07.1944 as the 5th person to receive this award. Lent was also one of the few pilots with the PO with diamonds. Very difficult to find portrait, Agfa portrait paper, very sharp and excellent condition.
Lent was with a number of units, but mostly Nachtjagdgeschwader later in the war. He was credited with 114 aerial victories before crashing on a routine flight with a Ju 88.
