Knight’s cross – Friedrich Sedlatzek, Berlin. Early post war ‘Ritterkreuz’ variant attributed to Friedrich Sedlatzek. Remains in good condition with some flaking of the matt black finish on the iron core. Typical Sedlatzek frame and core with large thick loop hole soldered neatly into the frame. Comes with with a interesting and unknown post war case with a very good looking exterior texture and soft black/grey inlay. Very uncommon and sought after variant from a maker that is shrouded in mystery concerning the war time production of RKs.
