Iron cross first class 1914 – Schauerte & Höhfeld, Lüdenscheid. 1940s three piece construction cross with S&H design frame and core. Remains in unworn condition with all frosting remaining and a nearly perfect preserved core except for a small spot on the date. Sometimes found maker marked L/54 under the catch. Uncommon ww2 produced 1914 ek1 variant.
