Iron cross 1st class – MM20 + L/52 C.F. Zimmermann, Pforzheim. Three piece construction cross with Zimmermann frame and core, maker marked with both the PkZ 20 and LDO L/52 mark under the pin. Remains in unworn condition with a matt black core in very good condition and good dark patina on the frame and back plate.
