Iron cross 1st class – Meybauer Schinkel variant

Iron cross 1st class – Meybauer Schinkel variant. Early war cross with Meybauer Schinkel frame design and core. Remains in worn condition with some of the semi gloss black laquer worn down on the core. Shows signs of hand vaulting on the reverse which gave the cross a slightly more curved shape. Very rare and sought after variant in very good condition.
