Iron cross 1st class – (L/)24 Fritz Zimmermann, Stuttgart. Extremely rare 24 marked ‘Eisernes Kreuz 1ste Klasse’ with Zimmermann frame and core. Features the highly sought after 24 pin mark which stands for the L/24 LDO mark from Zimmermann. Remains in worn condition with some paint missing on the core and light rust. The reverse remains in excellent condition.
