Infantry assault badge in silver – Franke & Co, Lüdenscheid

Infantry assault badge in silver – Franke & Co, Lüdenscheid. Mid to late war zinc IAB with FCL design. Remains in barely worn condition and has some of the thin silver wash finish still present. This later finish used by FCL does not hold very well and it`s rather difficult to find examples with good finish remaining compared to their early finish. Textbook piece without damage or repairs.
