Heer Kuban shield + packet – unknown maker

Heer Kuban shield with packet – unknown maker. Steel construction Kuban shield with Heer cloth, integral prongs and steel back plate. Remains in perfect mint unworn condition with crisp finish and black backing paper. Comes with ultra rare matching packet without makers mark. Only the first time I have encountered a packet with a Kuban shield!
