Heer buckle – Dr. Franke & Co, Lüdenscheid 1940. Steel buckle with ‘transitional’ aluminum prongs. Sometimes encountered shortly after the production went over to steel in 1940. Remains unworn condition and has all the paint left. Very good looking buckle that would be hard to upgrade. Was most likely never tabbed.
