German cross in gold – Steinhauer & Lück, Lüdenscheid. Early post war variant of the DKIG with S&L design. Remains in good condition with a bit of patina around the date and on the white roundel. A variant that can also be found with the 4 PkZ code on the pin and was produced for collectors and veterans shortly after the war. Enamel cross remains nicely riveted to the cupal back plate and overall it shows some light age/wear. The next best thing to a war time original by one of the best war time producers.
