Some of his awards are Freikorps awards for service in the east and are not present on the medal bar, but are present on the smaller pre war ribbon bar. He upgraded his bar one more time after the portrait was taken and added the 1938 awarded Sudetenland and kvk2 to the bar. Unique award career and award combination that no other person was ever awarded. The only awards missing are both the Japanese stars and social welfare first class.
