Army paratrooper badge – C.E. Juncker, Berlin. Mid/late war ‘Fallschirmschützenabzeichen des Heeres’ with gilded wreath and silver finished eagle. Remains in lightly worn condition and still has tight tombac rivets. Wreath remains in very good condition with most of the gilding present and the eagle having developed a darkish grey look.
There is a small crack in the tail wing, it is however not uncommon to find Juncker badges with cracks. Very good looking Heer para in great condition.
