5x award document group and wehrpass to Uffz. Wilhelm Hilmer 9./J.R.287

Consist of:
1. Ek2 award document singed by generalleutnant Wolf Schede commander of the 96th Infanty division.
2. Wound badge in black award document
3. Ost medal award document
4. Infantry assault badge award document
5. Infantry assault badge award document with the full request for awarding(Antrag auf Verleihung des Infanterie – Sturmabzeichens) on the the back.
6. Stammerolle(Enlistment) document.
7. Envelope and letter about the death of Hilmer
8. A explanation letter in which Hilmer confirms his wife is partialy jewish. Not the extra last name Picker(on the Einschreiben death notification letter) which is of Yiddish decent.

The wehrpass is nicely filled out and remains in very good condition. Hilmer saw a lot action in the first half of the war and earned most his award in late 41. Infesting is the application document for the IAB with all the info nicely filled out. Interesting KIA set in very good condition.
