Iron cross first class – Wächtler & Lange, Mittweida

Iron cross first class – Wächtler & Lange, Mittweida. Early unmarked W&L cross with brass core and matching early black inlay case. The cross remains in nicely worn condition with some of the paint on the swastika worn down, making the brass visible. Frame has retained its forsting nicely, especially the back shows nearly all frosting present. Case shows very minor wear and remains in very good condition. Bit more uncommon set with fairly early cross and case.
