WB in silver award document to a DKIG holder

Wound badge in silver document to German cross in gold holder Hauptmann Günter Stanke of the I./Gren.Rgt.82 of the 31 Infanterie Division. Hauptmann Stanke was awarded the German cross in gold on 24.07.1943 while serving with this unit. The document was Horizontally vaulted and shows some where near the edges.
I have no clue how this single document from a larger set(?) of DKIG holder ended up in my possession, it was bought as a single document in a large lot.
