U-boat badge – Alois Rettenmaier, Schwäbisch Gmünd. Late war solid zinc ‘U-Boot Kriegsabzeichen’ with faded gold finish and Rettenmaier design and setup. Remains in lightly worn condition with most of the gilding faded, still shows some remnants on the setup. More uncommon zinc U-boat variant.
