Spanish cross in silver grouping too Christoph Hartmann. Hartmann was with the Legion condor Flak unit before ww2 and was awarded the spanish cross in silver, along with a few more Spanish awards all nicely added to the soldbuch. The only award document present is the later KVK2 he was awarded during the war. Included in the grouping are a few pictures, portraits of him wearing the ribbon bars, medals and the exact rare 900 unknown maker variant awarded cross. The soldbuch is complete, nicely filled in and shows him waring his Spanish cross and ribbon bar with Spanish awards. Very special is the large portrait taken after 1939 with the Spanish uniform, something rarely seen. Two more postcard size portrait show him wearing the Spanish cross in silver on his German uniform.
There are some RAD papers, capture papers, Drivers license and a few more papers present.
Really stunning set with probably the best made Spanish cross variant out there, which is one of the more difficult to obtain. Some say these are made by Godet due to the 900 mark matching their ww1 crosses, however this is unconfirmed.
