Promotion document with Himmler signature

Promotion document with Himmler signature. 4 page promotion document to Wilhelm Hamel, Oberstleutnant der Schutzpolizei. Vorschlag zur Ernennung of the Reichs chancellery Berlin 7.2.44. Document was singed by Heinrich Himmler late in the war with his full hand written signature. Wilhelm Hamel was bron in on 22.2.1897 in Schlüchtern, and was promoted to Oberstleutnant late in the war. He was a ww1 veteran and a NSDAP member since 1.5.33. The document is archive file and shows all his private information on the other pages.
Remains in every good condition with 4 holes on the left side, but shows little to no age to the corners. Excellent document with clear original late war Himmler Signature.
