Panzer assault badge in silver – Otto Schickle, Pforzheim. Early war Schickle design variant in well worn condition and some of the silver plating worn down. The original nickel silver pin was replaced with a steel version at some point in time. Uncommonly encountered heavy version which is about 25-30% more heavy than the normal Schickle.
