Luftwaffe paratrooper badge – Assmann & Söhne, Lüdenscheid. Early war Assmann marked ‘Fallschirmjäger’ award with burnished wreath and tombac gilded rivited eagle. Remains in near mint condition with almost full gilding and polishing. Variant with the more uncommon question mark catch. Exceptional example.
