Luftwaffe observer badge – Paul Meybauer, Berlin. Early tombac ‘Beobachterabzeichen’ with Meybauer wreath and full mark Meybauer eagle. Remains in worn condition and shows a nice patina through out with moderate wear on the very well detailed eagle. The pin was repaired at some point in time with a wider pin but looks quite nice. One of the best looking second pattern designs for the observer badge and not easily found maker.
