Luftwaffe observer badge – Assmann & Söhne, Lüdenscheid. Early tombac ‘Beobachterabzeichen’ with burnished eagle and silver finished wreath and Assmann makers mark on the back of the eagle. Remains in perfect mint condition with all the burnishing on the eagle. Wreath shows all the silver finish and the rivets are still scratch less and shiny. Absolutely stunning example that is impossible to upgrade.
