Luftwaffe ground assault badge – Gebruder Wegerhoff, Lüdenscheid. Mid to late war solid zinc ‘Erdkampfabzeichen’ with GWL makers mark, riveted zinc eagle and integral setup. Remains in unworn condition and still has a good part of the thin silver finish remaining. Most often found with a fully faded finish. One of the more interesting LW GABs with a totally different design.
