Luftwaffe Glider pilot badge – C.E. Juncker, Berlin. Mid to late war ‘Segelflugzeugführer Abzeichen’ with Juncker design and setup. Remains in lightly worn to unworn condition with faded finish on the wreath and still nicely darkened eagle. Rivets remain tight, however the wreath shows a full crack on both sides and was put back together with some glue. Rare badge with a good look and repair. Sadly these Juncker had a tendency to develop cracks in wreath.
