Kriegsmarine S-boat badge 1st pat. – Alois Rettenmaier, Schwäbisch Gmünd. Late war zink constuction “Schnellboot-Kriegsabzeichen” with 1st pattern Rettenmaier design. Remains in unworn condition with some of the fragile thick gold finish remaining on the wreath. Very rare badge that rarely comes up for sale, only the 1st time we had one on offer.
