Kriegsmarine destroyer badge – Paul Meybauer, Berlin. Early war tombac “Zerstörer Kriegsabzeichen” with very rare Paul Meybauer design and setup. Remains in good worn condition and shows most of the gilding missing, with the tombac base material exposed, on the wreath but retained the plated silver finish nicely. Extremely difficult to acquire variant that rarely comes up for sale.
