Knights cross of the iron cross + diamonds – Souval, Wien. Early post war Souval variant without the 800 or L/58 mark and comes with post war type oak leaves with swords and diamonds, from a for me unknown source. The cross remains in excellent condition and has a slight patina on the silvered frame, retained the bright finish in most areas and still shows a nicely preserved black core. The hollow diamonds with glued in stones have a few stones missing near the sword handles. Sought after early post war Souval with interesting diamonds, comes with post war Souval ribbon that has the ends made up for wear on a display. has the marked L/58 loop(hard to find).
