Iron cross second class – “Übergrosse little brother”. Unmarked three piece construction cross Übergrosse frame design. Remains in very good condition with a near perfect core, that only shows a bit of storage age. Frame has a nicely distributed black patina and was factory cut to make the so called Little brother version. These were found with Frank & Reif packets. Sought after cross that is considered to be one of the highest quality pieces out there.
Often shows cut inner corners as is often the case to make the core fit nicely, this example has no cut corners. Comes with a full length ribbon.
