Iron cross second class – MM16 A. Rettenmaier, Schwäbisch Gmünd. Three piece construction cross with PkZ code 16 in the ring. Remains in good condition with a deep patina to the frame and some light chipping and ‘spidering’ to the semi gloss finished black core. A bit more uncommon makers mark for an Ek2.
