Iron cross second class cased – L/18 B.H. Mayer Pforzheim

Iron cross second class cased – L/18 B.H. Mayer Pforzheim. Three piece construction cross with Mayer frame and core, maker marked L/18 on the ring. Remains in excellent near mint condition, with nearly all the frosting remaining with polished edges. The core retained the lacquer very well and remains near mint as well. Comes with matching LDO case with LDO logo on top and L/18 stamp on the inside. Case remains in lightly “used” condition with normal signs of age. Very rare matching L/18 set with the original price of 3.80 RM still on the bottom.
Came from the same LDO store as the other listed example.
