Iron cross second class 1870 – Type A core

Iron cross second class 1870 – Type A core. Early three piece construction cross produced around 1870 with the so called first type A core. Remains in very good condition with all the blackening on the core still present and not much sign of rusting. The frame has a good dark silver patina. Comes with a well used and salty ribbon that used to be attached to something. Excellent cross over a 150 years old!
