Iron cross first class – Alois Rettenmaier, Schwäbisch Gmünd. Three piece construction Iron cross with brass core. Early unmarked variant of the L/59 Rettenmaier in nicely worn condition. The glossy black paint has held up well and only shows minor chips on the swastika, most likely form wear. Good looking and more uncommon cross without damage or repairs.
