Iron cross first class (Ek1) – E. Ferdinand Wiedmann, Frankfurt. Heavy three piece construction Ek1 with iron core. Rare variant with the small screwdisk with missing flaps on the outer ring.The back frame with anti rotation pin is 180 degrees rotated, leaving the anti rotation pin just behind the date position. The core shows some wear but remains fully black. Great look and patina to this quality Wiedmann product. No damage or repairs.
