Iron cross 1st class L/55 SB – Wächtler & Lange, Mittweida

L/55 Screwback Iron cross first class – Wächtler & Lange, Mittweida. Three piece construction Ek1 with black painted and magnetic core. The cross shows sign of wear and lost some of its frosting on the front and back. The core is almost fully black and only has a small chip missing at the left swastika arm. The screw still works nicely and there is no damage present. Nicely marked with the LDO stamp for W&L at the bottom.
One of the more uncommon screwback Ek1 in very good condition.
