Infantry assualt badge – B.H. Mayer, Pforzheim. Extremely rare semi-hollow Schickle design variant most likely produced by B.H. Mayer instead of Schickle. Heavy variant with silver wash finish in lightly worn condition. Still shows good finish on the front. Sadly has the original hinge periodically reattached, nevertheless an extremely uncommon variant that rarely comes up for sale.
