Infantry assault badge in silver – Otto Schickle, Pforzheim. Early war hollow tombac construction with Schickle design and second pattern machine milled C catch. Remains in beautiful lightly worn condition with nearly full silver plating and most of the frosting still present. Shows a light untouched patina on the front and barely any of the tombac base material coming through the finish. Sought after early Schickle.
