Infantry assault badge in silver – Hermmann Wernstein, Jena. Heavy mid war zinc IAB with Werstein style setup. Remains in lightly worn condition with partially faded silver finish. Has a nice factory curved shape and unique design. Very high quality zinc IAB that is a bit more uncommon to encounter. Said to be a Wernstein product, but the more likely maker for this is ‘Metall und Kunstharzwerk Komtau’.
