Infantry assault badge in silver – Karl Wurster, Markneukrichen. Solid tombac badge with directly soldered block hinge and catch. Good worn condition with with most of the silver plating still present, shows a good dark patina through out. Maker marked next to the catch with the wurster w logo. Uncommon and sought after solid tombac variant. The only solid tombac IAB to be produced during the war.
