Infantry assault badge in silver – Berg & Nolte, Lüdenscheid. Early/mid war hollow zinc IAB with directly soldered hinge and catch. Never marked but a known product of BN&L. Remains in well worn condition and most of the finish has faded. The bottom of the K98 stock has a bit more wear, no damage or repairs. Bit more uncommon hollow variant.
