Infantry assault badge in silver – Alois Rettenmaier, Schwäbisch gmünd. Zinc construction with factory vaulted appearance. Known Rettenmaier design but always unmarked. This variant has the much rarer variant setup and white/silver finish. The badge is in worn condition but has held the finish very well, this exact example is featured in the GCA database. No damage or repairs on this difficult to find IAB in very good condition.
