Infantry assault badge in silver – Alois Rettenmaier, Schwäbisch Gmünd. Mid to late war zinc IAB with Rettenmaier design and variant setup. The badge remains in worn condition and lost most of its silver chrome finish on the front, but has a good amount remaining on the reverse. Good looking design by one of the more common IAB makers. No damage or repairs.
